Standard processing time for orders is 3 business days, excluding holidays.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our return policy. We do not offer refunds unless the product is defective.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase for store credit only, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Clearance items, sale items, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return and Refund Policy

Please be advised that all in-person sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased through our website unless the product arrives damaged, or except where required by consumer protection laws. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at contact@pinkskieshatbar.com 3 days of receiving the product, and we will review your case for potential replacement or repair.
